Hannibal King – Summer in the City (Video)

|
Damn, I just love it when you find a good enough beat without lyrics that you can mellow out to. Thats basically this whole beat tape, Villains Gone Bad II: Kill Superman by Hannibal King. This is the sequel to his other instrumental series but I haven't gotten to it yet. If you like this song on the vid just download his tape, trust me it's worth it. Enjoy:

The Joy-Kanye West Ft. Pete Rock, Jay-Z, Kid Cudi,Curtis Mayfield,Charlie Wilson

Got a mellow flow coming off this track here. Good for a rainy morning, or maybe a perfect sunny day. Either way, we got both weather patterns in good ol' southern Cali. Enjoy this lineup:

Katy B & Ms Dynamite – Lights On (live from Notting Hill Carnival 2010)

|
Getting a bit of international muzak in here, Katy B & Ms Dynamite (whom I've never heard of) ended up rocking this live performance in London this past summer. The vid's about them, the song, the concert, and some other ligistics that are behind the scenes of what they do. I personally dedicate this song to the ladies out there who like to jam out with a little bit of reggaeton beat action and some female associates. Enjoy:

Gallery 1988: TrustoCorp

|
Gallery 1988 (L.A.), has opened another new and freakin' amazing gallery displaying art by covert streetart conglomerate, TrustoCorp brings to their first ever west coast exhibit 'New Americana.' I'll let the cover poster explain the rest for those who are curious. Enjoy:

Ghostpoet- Cash and Carry Me Home

|
Going a little mellow with a twist of a brit accent here's Ghostpoet with the dopest music video. Oh yeah, the songs not too shabby also. Enjoy:

The song will debut January 24, 2011 according to friedmylittlebrain. Seems a bit odd that he's putting it off that late but at least he gave us a pretty damn good visual to go with it.

Size?-Trainerspotter x Puma Bikes 'Funk'

|
So fresh, so clean. That'd be my anthem if I had this bike. To commemorate, Trainerspotter and Size? both designed a 1-off for their collaborative sneaker with Puma. Trainerspotter took gold (In my opinion) and got their inspiration from Miami Vice, going pastel grey with mint green and pink.

Foals- Blue Blood

God this music video is just....ah, just watch it. You'll be entertained. Enjoy:

Fresh batch of Awesomeness

Right out the oven:

World's largest, rarest, and most exotic house* cat

|
*No this post has nothing to do with House music.

But you know what does? This: AnythingEverythingHouse

So I remember seeing this a few years ago but didn't think of it much until I came across it again and I realized that my hatred for house cats changed severely after seeing this giant-ass motherf*cker. Ashera- The world's largest, rarest, and most exotic $20,000 house cat. Yes, 20 grand peeps, that is the correct number of O's on that amount. So it's basically like having your own mini-leopard in your crib. Part African Serval, part Asian Leopard cat, and part domestic cat. This beast can grow up to 30 pounds, be walked on a leash and is surprisingly very comfortable with people and children. So if you got 20 K to throw down on this pussy, you should definitely snag one. Plus if it got away you'd have to call the local zoo and get Discovery Channel to come down and film that sh!t. Awesome? Completely.

Big Sean- Final Hour

|
Last post of the night makes me want to settle it right, so here we go: While in Atlanta, Don Cannon and Big Sean put together this visual promo to a standout record from, Finally Famous 3: BIG. Gotta give credit to illroots for quoting that. This video definitely makes me want to start rapping so I can get some fans like that. Hope Santy comes early this year... Enjoy:

Lykke Li- Get Some

|
Being a collaborative blog I realized that I might as well throw in some outliers into the mix; like this joint right here. Going a bit alternative on you I want you to realize that my mind just got road dome on the way to stonerville. I'm definitely not implying to partake in any medical related activities before watching this video, FYI. And I'd like to mention that this video is a piece of work because it only really consists of some text and a freaking triangle. *Please watch in the highest resolution possible. Enjoy:
